During the devastating second wave of Covid-19, times were tough. But they were a lot tougher for some.
Where the government failed, the people prevailed by using social media to save lives. The community on Facebook amplified thousands of SOS posts and donation pleas.
However, it was much harder for the pleas of a community thatβs already invisible in society to gain visibility. So, during Pride Month, Facebook created ads for 6 NGOs that support the transgender community.

We created ads for 6 NGOs that were struggling to reach an audience organically.
Our pride campaign led to an average visibility of 3.9 million for the NGOs.
